The CHAA Preparation Short Course is designed to review key concepts covered in the Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) exam offered by NAHAM. Through a structured overview of key concepts, participants will strengthen their understanding of core topics related to Patient Access. Each half-day Short Course session will feature pre-recorded presentations followed by a live Q&A session with speakers after each presentation. Each short course includes the following:
1. 4 to 5 45-50 minute presentations on each topic.
2. 10-15 minutes of live Q&A following each presentation.
3. 30-minute break halfway through.
Registration for this course provides registration to Short Course One and Two on June 13 and July 18, respectively. Those who attend the live sessions will also be provided access to the presentation recordings once available following the live course dates.
This NAHAM short course offers up to 9 contact hours.
