As the healthcare industry continues to evolve, we need to embrace the disruption and change the denials paradigm. Denials should not be an accepted part of the healthcare revenue cycle. The focus on denials management needs to shift to denials prevention. As decisions in one area can affect other areas, there needs to be strategic alignment across the C-Suite, RCM Leaders and Managed Care. When all the key stakeholders are working in concert with each other, we have the opportunity to stop denials before they happen.
Speaker: Jonathan Wiik, VP of Health Insights, FinThrive

This webinar will showcase two types of healthcare automation designed to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Speakers: Tom Herrmann, VP Revenue Cycle Transformation
Joosua Danson, Senior Automation Engineer
This webinar will showcase two types of healthcare automation designed to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Use Case 1: Prior Authorization Automation
We’ll explore how different components of the prior authorization process can be automated to help staff complete requests faster while shifting focus to exceptions rather than manual entry. You’ll also see why seamless integration with your existing workflow and EHR is essential for success.Use Case 2: Fax-to-EHR Automation
The second example highlights a more complex process that combines multiple technologies. This automation enables end-to-end transcription of incoming faxes, such as orders and referrals directly into the EHR. As with prior authorization, staff only need to manage exceptions, such as incomplete or missing information requiring follow-up.This NAHAM webinar provides one (1) NAHAM-approved contact hour.
